I need to get some pads, my wound is bleeding again.

A "Bleeding Wound," is also know as a "Vagina." a.k.a. Pussy
The idea is: Vagina's look like cuts, (wounds) and when the female has her "Time- of- the- Month," it's natural to say it's a wound.

Girl on Period: My wound is bleeding.

Guy: Don't be such a "Bleeding Wound," and do it already!
