Can come of as pretty nice but is really just a two-faced bitch. She like to stay in her group of friends but when she starts hanging out with others it's because she has no one but will find any chance to gaslight you and leave you. She can be short asf and looks like a 5 year old. She will do the stupidest things for attention and so on and so forth. Never trust a cece.

Person 1: Man my bestfriend Cece just left me today because I wanted to befriend someone in my class.
Person 2: She's such a cece
