1. A way to conclude telling someone some gossip/ some tea. It can be said to either gender despite the word ‘sis’.

1. ‘And then Kylie caught them in the act!’

The kettle is boiling

1. A way to react or respond to some juicy and/or spicy gossip, story or tea. The word ‘boiling’ is commonly annunciated. Commonly used by the beauty community/people who say shook all the time. Can be accompanied by either ‘sis’ or ‘I’m shook’ at the end.

2. A way to express that you did, indeed, turn on a kettle and it is boiling.

1. ‘And then Georgie found out Mike was cheating on her with Hannah, so she spiked his drink.’
‘OMG, the kettle is BOILING, sis! I’m SHOOK, she WENT there.’

2. ‘Are you preparing my coffee, sweetheart?’
‘Yes, the kettle is boiling right now.’
