Noelley is the type of person that can light up any room she goes to unless she is in a bad mood. She can always make others happy even when she doesn't try. She has a great sense of humor and is a great friend. She is the prettiest person ever and has the best eyes. She really likes this guy named Graham. Sometimes she can be feisty and quirky. She is pretty popular but likes to stick with a few hundred close friends. She acts calm and sweet but is the complete opposite. She is reckless and can make you laugh anytime. She loves BBQ chips that come from Livi's house. She can't stay mad at someone for over a few hours. You can talk to her for hours without getting bored. Sometimes she can be really smart and actually get her science work done in time.
