A man of short stature, often found sleeping during the working day. Hated by his family and colleagues alike but this is very mutual.
Similar to short-man-syndrome with extra brown nosing.

Guy 1: Is John kissing the bosses ass again?
Guy 2: Yea, he is such a f*cking Pughe.
Guy 1: I hate him.
