A person you become friends with on vacation or at a party and are inseparable for that moment in time, but when you go back to work or school, you act like you don't even know each other.

Brenda: "I don't get it, Tori and I had so much fun at the party and made plans and everything on the school spring break trip, now she won't talk to me"

Kasey: "Maybe she was just a vacation friend"
