The act of backing out of a promise you made to do something, on the day you were supposed to do it.
Also known as pulling a yandhi.

Luiz: Yo Shaq! Did you hear anything from Julian?
Shariq: I just got a text man, its bad news, he fucking pulled a julian on us AGAAIN!
