One of the 16 personality types from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), ISTPs are estimated to make up roughly 4% of the population. Confident and capable, they often stir up excitement and are seen as natural leaders. ISTPs never let rules or bureaucracy get in the way of their goals, for they are true free spirits.
