To castrate (to remove the testes or ovaries) and ostracize (to exclude from society, friendship, conversation, privileges, etc) someone for a dick/bitch movie he/she has done.

"Did you hear that Todd cheated on Susan?"
"Yeah, he has definitely been castracized."
