(Adjective): To take charge or to be proactive. To take full responsibility or charge or a problem or by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened. Named after New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo, after his 2020 response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The firemen went full cuomo in their attempt to save the occupants of the burning building. They straight up cuomo'd it.
