Originating from "Whose Mans" and "Mans Not Hot", mans is a blanket word that can be used in place of any pronoun (e.g. he, she, I, John). For more than one person, "mens" is used. Who "mans/mens" refers to is determined via context. The possessive form just attaches an "'s" at the end to form "mans's" or "mens'".
Typically mans is used as a sarcastic, melodramatic way of referring to someone or as a exclamatory phrase, similar to "Bruh"
