Narco

To pull a narco means to agree to do something and then change your mind 1-2 days before doing it. Alternatively, to be a Narco is to be of doubtful credibility.

1:"So he's not coming anymore, I can't believe he's doing it again. Every time I invite him he flakes on me."
2:"Ah, he pulled a Narco on you, that bastard."
