esc[2;9y

a malicious string of code used in the 1980's by savvy protohackers. When a user opened a message containing
this string the computer terminal would go into infinite reset, forcing the user to restart their computer.

it was particularly effective as a text message as the sender's address would instantly be erased.

I asked compter room TA to help me and he told me to RTFM so I esc2;9y -ed her
