when a guy is in a group of people where there are exponentially more girls than there are guys, or when a guy goes out or hangs out with at least 5 girls and just him.

Joey: I didn't have anything to do so i went to dinner with the girls. I was really broing. It sucked.

a word used to describe somebody who pisses you off, is extremely annoying, snores while they sleep, ect. in general its a word that you use to call somebody if they do something you don't like

Joey: Do u know who used this pot for mac and cheese last? Its dirty.

Matt: Yea I think it was Tom. What a rat.
