Also spelled excwhat. A combination of excuse me and what. Used in those really special situations where you don't know what the hell is happening and you want someone to repeat themselves. Can be used in conjunction with the f- word to create exquwhat the fuck.

A cop pulls you over. They walk up and say, "Sir, are you aware that you've been speeding?"

You reply with, "Exquwhat?!"
