A person despite himself is constantly drawn into dishonest scenarios.
A liar, a cheat.

I cannot stand to play golf with Jim, he is always tedcruzing.
Our boss said the company could not pay us a bonus, but turns out he was tedcruzing.

All you do is lie, stop tedcruzing me!!
