Slang term for poor, usually in the stature of the need of foodstamps. Many a time, the food stamps are used for the purchasing of bulk amounts of macaroni and cheese, due to how easy it is to cook with just the need of water and a microwave. Hollon is usually used in a derogatory manner.

Kid: Look at that hollon!
