duff me is a expression adapted from Facebook, usually when people say it (specifically teenagers) they mean , either . A. They can't stop laughing.
B. What the person said was dumb or unbelievable.

In other words, duff me is sarcastically telling someone to hit them because of what they just heard or saw.
