Pearl- another word for Boba or Tapioca. Usually referred to as this to go with Asian drinks like Milk Tea and Slushies.

abc: I want pearls with that.
fob: What size?
abc: Large.
fob: What size?
abc: I said LARGE!!!
fob: *points to cup sizes*
abc: Oh, how much is a large?
fob: only 50 cents more
abc: *not wanting to sound like he doesn't know what a regular costs* ooh, umm, I feel like a large today anyways, whatever.
fob: ok, 4.75 please.
