Basically, another way of saying something is ass, or bad, or terrible. Can be used on yourself or others.

Person 1: I feel like ass today.
Person 2: Nah you feel like Boo Boo Stank!

Player 1: oh my GOD you are BOO BOO STANK at this game!
Player 2: Kay.
