A person who misses an event or meeting that he/she promised to attend.

The word originates from a brazilian slang called "pipocar" which is a verb meaning that an individual was absent on meeting that he/she promised to attend.

This word also takes meaning from the word "crispy" which represents a dry, firm and brittle surface. In other words, "crispi" can be a person who breaks his/her appointments like a brittle, dry and superficial surface.
