ROSI (Rational Octahedron Selection Intelligence) is a proprietary algorithm and artificial intelligence enhanced by IBM’s Watson, ROSI analyzes more than 100,000 top GIA-certified diamonds and conducts millions of calculations to make recommendations to customers. ROSI’s evaluation goes to a micro level, analyzing 30 different diamond properties, including but also going well beyond the standard methods of evaluating diamonds (like color, clarity, color, and carat).
