A combination of the words "flaccid" and "hideous" used to describe a whole new level of ugly (women). The condition of (a woman) being so hideous, the sight of her makes most mens' erections deflate into a useless flap.

"Damn dude, have you seen Amy Winehouse lately? She is looking flaccideous!"
