Wind the frog

'Wind the frog' means 'get ready'.

It comes from the scene in which Woody launches the plan to escape from Sid's room in Pixar's 1995 movie Toy Story.

Scuttlebut has it that the phrase was popular among the film's crew during shooting.

"Do you think we should do it?" -- "Wind the frog."

Look It Up On Duckduckgo.

Related to RTFM and LIUOG, but used by those who rebel against go ogle's de-emphasis (and, perhaps, rejection) of its erstwhile motto "Don't be evil" after its acquisition by Alphabet (with the implication that all they've done is delete the "don't").

LIUODDG (unless you want Big Brother looking over your shoulder).
