Camel-toe

To graciously transition the conversation to a new topic based on a word or phrase in the current conversation. As opposed to the piggyback, camel-toe can be additive and translational.

Ferdinand: I really don't enjoy soaking my hands in water, especially washing dishes. It makes my hands all shriveled up.
