One who excludes themselves from a social activity in favour of another activity. Usually accompanied with the adjective 'dirty'.

"Nyssa, are you still coming out with me on a pub crawl?"
"No Adam I told you I was busy."
"No you didn't, you said you'd be free at lunchtime, you dirty blowout."

Bowl

Nottingham poker scene slang short for "bowl of rice" concocted by a locally famous Chinese chip shop chain owner and poker player whom frequents the Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club and Casino. It means a small amount of poker chips.

Alex: "How much you in for?"
Fred: "Bowl."
