stock-a-roo

Tactic for calling customers out on their bullshit. The process calls for sending a stock map to the customer without telling them, giving the impression that you are attempting to fix their map.

When the bike presents the same issue(s) that it did before, proudly proclaim that you sent a stock map which confirms the issue is not FP3 related. Vance & Hines customer service - we never miss.

It's doing the same thing? Well that's your stock map... not an FP3 issue. Classic stock-a-roo!
