The act of hypnosis with the use of a penis to deprive one of all of their senses

Example: Man chad really dicknotized me on Saturday, I forgot my name.

Example 2: Emily was so dicknotized on Thursday that she stranded Brielle in the bar bathroom. Brielle was hopeless, vulnerable, and alone, unaware of what she should do next, due to Emily's state of dicknosis.
