Double peg

British, Australian (and other commonwealth or ex commonwealth countries such as India) term for a double (2 Oz. - 50ml) shot of spirits.

Customer: Give me a single malt.
Barman: Certainly, would you like a single or double peg.
Customer: Make it a double, I love a man who is generous with his peg!
