A person who is always exaggerative in the way she acts and speaks.
For example, someone asks her "What do you think about my outfit," and she just falls asleep because she is exaggerating the fact that her outfit is so boring that it makes her tired.

"That girl acts like a Julu and it gets on my nerves...the way she acts is not cute."
