A state of being. To be "arshed" is to be excessively fucked up; incapable of speech and normal humanly functions.

Me - "Man, you got arshed last night."
You - "Yea, I don't remember anything after those five shots of Stolichnaya."
Me - "Sounds about right, you puked on my shoes."
