After years of scientific research on the diameter of Tommy's butthole, they decided to classify it as Wufflefluff-1. The first butthole that was too large to measure.
When someone recently scratched/itched/dug their butthole, resulting in a rancid smell of shit on their fingers. Often accompanied by someone who doesn't know how to wipe well.
Carson: Don't ever smell Tyler's fingers, I heard he has Ginger Fingers!
