Person 1: Hey Jimmy! How's your day?
Person 2: SCREW OFF!
Person 1: Jeez! I'm sorry. I didn't know that you were such a crankazoid.
A Dillberry is someone who does not take good care of there hygiene and normally has serious amount of pimples around his body. Normally a Dillberry will also have a big Ego to accompany the stench they give off.
Person 1: Hey what's that horrible smell?
Person 2: Oh that's Charlos.
Person 1: Does he not take showers?
Person 2: No! he's an absolute Dillberry!
a name given to an object or thing is quite fluffy but its also pudgy.
E.g. That dogs lookin a bit like a flubblesnup.
