Someone who is so caught up in their own life, that they don't understand any concepts of other peoples lives around them. Acts innocent and insecure, yet is greedy and only pretends to care for others. When she gets what she wants, she thinks life is at its fullest and does not care for anything else. Julia is like an ignorant squirrel who is only happy when it finds its nut. When it doesn't get that nut, its a fucking pain in the ass and yet makes you feel bad for it.
