A term for the young girl with receding teeth that's out on the playground that usually has a ponytail or two and hops around neighing and biting the other kids around her. She also likes the pick on the chewed gum under desks.

Zacc: Ow! My arm still hurts so much from yesterday.
Tyler: BRO WHAT IS THAT HUGE MARK ON YOUR ARM? WHAT HAPPENED
Zacc: That horse girl Wendy bit me yesterday.
Tyler: Haha Wendy is the craziest horse girl in town.
