a common practice in the well heeled british home counties:

a gentleman persuades a lady to swallow a rasher of bacon attached to a piece of string. the lady and gentleman then bott furiously. at the moment of climax, the string is pulled causing the lady to retch and her sphincter to tighten.

fiona really quite enjoyed her afternoon sherry, as she and jeremy had enjoyed a particularly vigorous spot of wolf baiting the night before and she was feeling a little fragile.
