A common reactive noise weebs make upon seeing, most of the time, an anime girl that they would describe as cute, sexy, mommy and so on, and most likely would have a huge desire to breed them. The sound is usually accompanied by several o's (uooooo...h), alongside the sob (😭) emoji. In few cases, though not so common, they might instead say "uwoh", adding the letter w; the several o's also apply here.
