European swim

What middle aged European men and women do at the beach. Instead of actual swimming they simply hitch up their skirts/pants and stand around in knee deep water.

Hey Todd, come in for a swim. I can't dude, I'm wearing my fave board shorts. That's ok dude, have a European swim! Bonus!
