A substitute expression for a one night stand. Works particularly well for any corporate or other politically sensitive situations.

Co-worker 1: "Dude, What happened to you after the bar last night? The last time I saw you, you were talking to that new girl from accounts payable."

(Supervisor enters break room)

Co-worker 2: "I was...apartment shopping. The apartment was nice, but it was "roomier" than I prefer."
