Weeaboo slang for a massive POS. The first Nagito Kinnie was born on the 20th of april in 1889, and died in a hole in the ground by age 56.

Guy 1: Did you hear about that Nagito Kinnie who got exposed as a groomer, cybercriminal, cat rapist and demon from the alternate universe where the earth is made of thumbtacks?
Guy 2: Yeah, if there's one thing i hate more than pedophiles, bank fraud and animal cruelty, it's those damn Nagito Kinnies. Fallen angels from alternate dimensions are cool in my book, though.
