Hot Disaster

On the scale of fucked-up-ness, this falls somewhere between hot mess and dumpster fire, but not quite a train wreck (or maybe all of the above). Typically used to describe someone's emotional state, but also useful when describing a physical ailment, or mental instability.

This full moon energy has made me a hot disaster emotionally.
