A person who is just lying there, in a random sprawl, like (s)he just fell down where(s)he happened to lose consciousness is in the fecal position.

Jim: "He's in the fecal position."
John: "Don't you mean 'fetal position'?"
Jim: "No, he's just lying there like a turd".
