sootie is a mikhailian term for "fake blatant hacker". He was cut from #life due to the stupid opinion from numlocked thinking that he hacked. It's not okay, though, because modern day sootie is still cut from life, and has essentially given up.

Damn, that guy was so leet, he used to be a sootie! I don't know what he is now...
