long distance relationship

Something that mostly happens to teens( and adults) that involves in making an emotional connection that lives a great distance away from them. These situations usually end in tragedy but they also end in a happy ending( this rarely happens)

Chad: " yo you know i'm in a relationship"

john: " you know that long distance relationship don't last right?"
