Ganges style is a play on the PSY song gangham style. The ganges refers to the ganges river in India that is polluted by chemicals, human and animal shit, detergents and rotting corpses floating in it or lying washed up on the bank being eaten by hordes of feral dogs. So if you do it ganges style that meas you are doing it in the absolutely nastiest most disgusting and possibly deadly way you can.

Kneepads are people who you see at the park with their kids playing and they always make their kids wear every type of safety gear known to man when the kids are not even moving fast enuf to get hurt. Always overkill and has a somewhat arrogance effect on the other families because implies that their kids are special and have to have extra protection to play with your "normal" kids.

A benny refers to a drink made by breaking a Benzedrine inhaler and removing the metallic strip inside which contains amphetamine. Produces the obvious effect of amphetamine but due to the high dose and the added caffeine the effects are truly more like a methamphetamine cocktail. Was very popular in the 70's but in the early to mid 80's cocaine and then crystal meth became the more popular drug in this general "genre/class" of drugs.
