(a variation of the dirty sanchez) when you accidentally inhale the "stache" and acquire aspiration pneumonia in the right cranial lung lobe. also known as "fecal pneumonia." This title is in honor of the late Bryan Torres who caught a fatal dose of "the dirty Torres."
