Ocky is slang, commonly used in Philly, that is usually used in a derogatory way to describe a person or or an item that is weird or fake. Adding major to the front of ocky emphasizes the extreme conditions of counterfeit-ness or weird-ness.

1. Sydney: “That guy over there asked me for toe pics. He’s major ocky.”

2. Sydney: “Did you see those fake J’s? Them shits are major ocky.”
