Sixty-Fiving

The act of driving at 65 mph on a road with a 70 mph or higher speed limit and thinking that you are speeding. Very common in the state of Texas.

Girl: Why are we only at 65, the speed limit is 70?
Guy: Some prick must be sixty-fiving somewhere ahead of us.
