fishhair

When a boy washes his shoulder length hair and when it dries it curls up around the shoulders, giving the look of fish fins or shirley temple.

Example

Person A: 'You have fishhair!'
Person B: turns towards mirror 'Oh yeah so I have... how do I make it go away'

or

I gave myself a single rinse and shampoo and now I have fishhair... used all my Brylcreem trying to straighten it out but it's still curling up. I am at my wits end.
