A Muslim who doesn't follow their faith at all, except for when Ramadan arrives.

Iqra: Did you see Khadija? I heard she just started wearing the khimar and dressing modestly.
Fatima: Loool yeah, even though she used to wear bootyshorts and went to clubs. She's a Ramadan Muslim.
